14th Edition International Spring Tournament U8 – 21-22 March 2016

Tournament terms:
I. Qualification (Saturday)
4 teams divided in 4 groups will play 3 games each (Round Robin). In case of victory the team will get
2 points, in case of tie 1 point, in case of loss 0 points. In case two or more teams will have the same
points at the end of the round, following will be the sequence of calculation for the classification: direct
matches, difference in goals in the direct matches, number of goals scored in the direct matches, global
goals difference, number of total goals scored, draw.

II. Intermediate phase (Saturday)
Crossed games between the first and the second classified in the rounds, one game only will be played
(for example first of the A round vs second of the B round and so on); the winning teams will play for
the first four places, the loser teams will play the games for the places from 5th to 8th. Same for the
crossed games between the third and fourth classified that will play one game only (for example third
of round A against fourth of round B and so on); the winning teams will play the games for the places
from 9th to 12th; the loser teams will play the games for the places from 13th to 16th. In case of tie 3
penalties will be shot and, in case of tie again, one more penalty until the bitter end (different players
have to shoot the penalties until all players have shot at least one).

III. Finals (Sunday)
Semifinals and finals for each group as indicated above. In case of tie 3 penalties will be shot and, in
case of tie again, one more penalty until the bitter end (different players have to shoot the penalties until
all players have shot at least one).
At the award ceremony all athletes will have to wear the official team uniform they play with.
